4.5/5 – TripAdvisor
4.4/5 – Google

Located in a former industrial district in North Prague called Holešovice, Vnitroblock is one of the city’s most attractive hidden bars. Indeed, this former hangar, completely renovated, impresses by its size and its atmosphere mixing the hipster and casual side.

Craft beers are on offer at the central bar, which you can enjoy either at the many tables around it, or upstairs, which seats a maximum of 15 people.

You can come here to eat, work, and even buy clothes in the indoor boutique. Alternative music is played in a convivial atmosphere. A good address for a drink with friends or as a couple. Go to Tusarova 791/31, 170 00.

Rather rustic in style, Dobrá Trafika is unconditionally a Czech bar, where most customers are regulars. Located in the residential district of Vinohrady, this hidden bar is on the courtyard side of the building.

To get there, you’ll have to cross the equivalent of a tobacconist’s shop, where you’ll discover a medium-sized room with 7 tables accompanied by a piano, and a terrace at your disposal. We recommend you try the famous Primator beer, not easily found in the city’s more touristy bars.

Here you’ll have the opportunity to discover beers brewed in the eastern Czech Republic. For a tasting of local beers in a cosy atmosphere, head to Korunní 1174, 120 00.

In the center of Prague near the Louvre café, the Vzorkovna doesn’t look like much at first glance, but it hides a small concert hall with high spaces to admire the artists on stage, a foosball room, as well as a beer bar.

In a very special and original atmosphere, you’ll have the right to leave a comment with your signature (in the foosball room) on one of their walls, acting as a guest book.

At Vzorkovna, you’ll mostly find a clientele of young expatriates, which will enable you to make some nice, friendly encounters. To give it a try, you’ll need to go to Národní 339/11, 110 00.
