Medieval dining in Prague
As the name suggests, “medieval dining in Prague” is an invitation to travel, both historically and sensorially. Step back in time to the Middle Ages and let yourself be taken on a unique experience in a perfectly decorated tavern, reminiscent of how people lived, played and dined in those days.
Lasting from 2 to 4 hours, this dinner show lets you spend an evening in an authentic medieval atmosphere. You’ll be able to choose from 6 different menus, for two types of meal:
- A 3-course meal, if you’d like to visit the site in the afternoon (dinner starts at 4:45 p.m.)
- A 5-course meal, if you visit us in the evening (dinner starts at 7:45pm).
Don’t hesitate to arrive 30 minutes before the time indicated.
In addition to food, you can also enjoy unlimited drinks. These are included in the offer. You’ll be able to drink beer, wine, soft drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages to your heart’s content (remember, alcohol abuse is dangerous to your health).
The different dishes on offer
In the tavern, you’ll be able to choose between several types of dishes. Without giving too much away (it’s nice to keep it a surprise), you’ll be able to choose from… everything!
The menu includes pork, chicken and fish, as well as vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. For children aged 3 to 12, there’s also a 3-course program, including chicken.
How does the atypical medieval show unfold?
During your meal, you’ll have the chance to attend a medieval show. It’s an opportunity for the artists to pay tribute to this era, as well as to old Prague and the people who made everyday life lively.
During the show, you’ll be able to witness :

It’s all set in a rather surreal atmosphere. The decor is made of wood, and the interior is lit by lanterns or candles. It’s like stepping back in time.
