Right in the center of Prague, two museums attract a great many travelers: the Museum of Optical Illusions and the Museum of Senses. It’s the latter that we’re going to concentrate on here. A surprising, funny and didactic museum that plays on absolutely all your senses.
Something to amaze and surprise you. It’s the perfect place for rainy afternoons or those with a slightly less busy schedule, especially as it’s designed for the very young… and the very old. Ready to join the adventure? We’re off!

What is the Prague Museum of the Senses?
Prague’s Museum of Senses is an interactive museum which, as its name suggests, plays on absolutely… all your senses. Whether it’s life, hearing, touch, taste or smell, believe us, you’re in for quite a surprise.
What’s on the program?
Around 50 exhibits, 17 rooms, activities and all kinds of installations that let you explore the way your body reacts to all kinds of things. Sound, light, smell or touch… will you really dare to try it all?
Even though this museum is designed to arouse curiosity and surprise in people of all ages, some attractions may make you feel… funny. We’re thinking in particular of the “AMES” room, known as the room of distorted perceptions.
